- Capability statements you upload.
- Payment information, which is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To match you with relevant federal contract opportunities.
- To send you bid alerts and account emails.
- To generate AI summaries, scores, and proposal drafts for you.
- To run, support, and improve the service.
Service providers
We share information only with providers who help us run Bid Capitol:
- Supabase – hosting and database
- Stripe – payments
- OpenAI – AI features
- Resend – email delivery
We don't sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to meet legal or billing obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@bidcapitol.com.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage only to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising cookies.
